[MASEN Opens Prequalification for Morocco’s 350MW NOOR PV Multisites PV Scheme] The Moroccan Sustainable Energy Agency MASEN has launched the pre qualification review for the NOORP VMultisites multi site photovoltaic project, with a total installed capacity of no less than 350MW, and the pre qualification deadline is November 30, 2026. The project is divided into five zones and adopts a two-stage bidding model. Chinese photovoltaic companies have accumulated project performance in Morocco, and this bidding brings new opportunities for Chinese enterprises to expand into the North African new energy market.
