On November 3, 2026, Wang Yu, member of the CAM Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and his delegation visited Xinjiang Jinlun Electromechanic Co., Ltd. for inspection and exchange, accompanied by Qi Benjian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Kashgar State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. 1、 State owned enterprises visit, join forces on the Silk Road

CAM is a large central technology enterprise group supervised by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Its predecessor was the Mechanical Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, established in 1956. It is the national team and main force for the research and development of basic common technologies in China's equipment manufacturing industry. During this visit, the group dispatched a 6-person inspection team consisting of senior leaders and core business backbones, fully demonstrating the high importance attached to the electromechanical industry in Xinjiang and Kashgar.

Established in May 2024, Xinjiang Jinlun Electromechanic Co., Ltd. is a new strategic pivot established by Zhejiang Jinlun Electromechanical Industry Co., Ltd. in the Kashgar Free Trade Zone in Xinjiang. The parent company, Zhejiang Jinlun Electromechanical, is a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise and an export famous brand enterprise in Zhejiang Province. It has been deeply engaged in the field of electromechanical equipment manufacturing for many years and its products are exported to both domestic and foreign markets. Since settling in Kashgar, Xinjiang Jinlun Electromechanical Co., Ltd. has fully relied on Kashgar's location advantage as an important node in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and an open front for Central Asia and South Asia. It focuses on core businesses such as mechanical manufacturing, welding, turning, and milling machining, actively undertakes the transfer of industries from the east, and strives to build a mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing and export base based in Xinjiang and radiating to Central Asia, injecting new momentum into the development of advanced manufacturing industries in Kashgar and even southern Xinjiang.
