On January 13, 2021, China Railway Construction Hainan Prefabricated Building Industrial Park project held a groundbreaking ceremony, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, to build component production areas, component storage yards, on-site roads and municipal landscapes. It is expected to be completed in 2022.

Industrial Park Details

The industrial park is located in Lingao Jinpai Port Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province. It is one of the 11 priority development zones of Hainan Free Trade Port. It is designed, constructed, and operated and maintained by China Railway Construction. It covers an area of about 100 acres and is equipped with internationally advanced equipment. There are 5 production lines with an annual design capacity of 100,000 cubic meters.

The prefabricated building transfers a large amount of on-site work in the traditional construction method to the factory, where the building components and accessories are processed in the factory and transported to the construction site, and assembled and installed on-site through reliable connections.

In May 2020, China Railway Construction's first industrial park in Baoding, Hebei, has been put into operation first to help the construction of Xiong'an New District. In September 2020, China Railway Construction was successfully selected as the second batch of national prefabricated construction industry bases.

Up to now, the prefabricated construction business of China Railway Construction has completed 2 PC assembly lines, 1 IRF dedicated production line, and 3 fixed mold table production lines, with a production volume of about 10,000 cubic meters. Editor/Peng Xue
