[Haikou Ring Expressway opened to traffic] At 17:00 on March 30, the main line of the Meilan Airport to Yanfeng section of the Haikou Ring Expressway was officially opened to traffic. The project starts in Lingshan Town, Haikou City. The route is 15.07 kilometers long.
