On April 13, 2021, the upgrade and renovation project of the bulk cargo terminal in Xiashan Port Area of Zhanjiang Port was approved by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission. This indicates that the 300,000-ton bulk terminal in Xiashan Port Area of Zhanjiang Port will soon be successfully upgraded to the 400,000-ton bulk terminal, a gift for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party.

It is understood that the bulk cargo terminal upgrade project in Xiashan Port Area of Zhanjiang Port will start construction in May 2021, and will be submitted for acceptance in June 2021.
