On April 21, 2021, the 7.X MW high-speed permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine independently developed by CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully rolled off the assembly line in Yongji, Shanxi. This is currently the largest power offshore high-speed permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine in China. It has been certified by the Beijing Jianheng Certification Center and its technology has reached the international leading level. China National Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, Beijing Jianheng Certification Center, China Shipbuilding Corporation Haizhuang Wind Power Co., Ltd., CRRC Yongji Electric Motor Company and other domestic wind power industry "big guys" gathered on the scene to jointly unveil the first motor offline.

Demonstrating China's strength

With the implementation of carbon peaks, carbon neutral goals and continuous progress in wind power technology, high-speed permanent magnet wind turbines have broad application prospects due to their small size, high efficiency, and low cost. The 7.XMW generators rolled off the assembly line are equipped with China's offshore wind turbines. On behalf of the Wind Machinery Branch of China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, Dong Wanli expressed his warm congratulations on the successful launch of the product! Said that 2021 is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the first year of wind-level pricing. It is hoped that CRRC Yongji Electric Motor Company, China Haizhuang and many other industry enterprises will continue to deepen cooperation and create more high-quality products, so as to enhance the strength of China's wind power brand and contribute wisdom and strength to the transformation of the world's energy structure.

The introduction of carbon peak and carbon neutral targets will surely accelerate the leap-forward development of the new energy industry. CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd. adheres to the development positioning of "becoming a world-class provider of green and intelligent electrical systems" and the development concept of "innovation-driven, high-quality development", and continues to increase the development of new products and further improve Product quality, striving to achieve the high-quality development goal with the main characteristics of "seven excellent" such as excellent innovation ability, excellent industrial structure, excellent operating efficiency, excellent international management, excellent supply quality, excellent green development, and excellent party building leadership. Adhere to sincere cooperation with partners, complement each other's advantages, seek common development, and mutual benefit, continue to provide permanent power technology, permanent power products, and permanent power solutions to promote the higher-quality development of the wind power industry, and make new and greater contributions to the development of global green energy !

7. X MW high-speed permanent magnet generator is the first 7MW-class high-speed permanent magnet generator in China. Its high reliability and low cost advantages provide support for the company to achieve the development goals of the offshore wind power market. Said that they will continue to adhere to technological innovation, work hand in hand, and work hard for the development of my country's clean energy industry. With the continuous advancement of the "two seas" strategy, CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd. will continue to improve the manufacturing capabilities of offshore wind power equipment to ensure product quality throughout the life cycle.

7. The X MW high-speed permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine project started in December 2020, and it took more than 5 months to complete the research and development trial production. In order to meet customer needs, CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd. organized a special project team to strengthen process project management, reducing the entire prototype R&D trial production cycle from 8 months to 5 months as originally planned, laying the foundation for subsequent mass production. During the prototype trial production period, the technical personnel have a clear division of labor and coordinated cooperation; the production organization is compact, and the process organization is rigorous; all members overcome many challenges such as technical difficulties, tight delivery cycles, and brand-new manufacturing processes to quickly solve on-site problems, ensure quality, and keep track of progress , To maximize the efficiency of research and development, to ensure the smooth delivery of the project, and to set a benchmark for project management.

The successful development of the project is the result of CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd. and its users working together to climb the world's wind power technology peak; it is also the company's answer to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party and the 140th anniversary of the founding of CRRC; it symbolizes my country's high-power offshore The independent research and development capabilities of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines have gone further. In the future, CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd. will focus on the "two seas" strategy, maintain the momentum and determination of "one blueprint to the end", and will be able to embrace all rivers and bring together the power of elites from all parties to strengthen cooperation with users, design institutes, and universities. Through exchanges and concerted efforts, we will continue to innovate to create a green and intelligent wind power industry chain, and contribute wind power wisdom and strength to the realization of the "30·60" goal.Editor/XuNing
