On December 12, 2021, the foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of wells of the Ministry of Justice of the Afghan Interim Government by the Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan was held in the Ministry. Ambassador Wang said at the ceremony that Afghanistan and China are connected by mountains and rivers and are China's important neighbors. China has always pursued a policy of good-neighborliness and friendship of closeness, sincerity, benefit, tolerance, and long-term mutual support and assistance to Afghanistan.
