On December 10, 2021, the home-made carbon fiber stayed cable hanging ceremony of the Xinghua Road Crossing Haihe Bridge Project was held in Liaocheng, Shandong. This marked the first time that domestic carbon fiber was used in the main cable of the bridge. The carbon fiber stay cables for this project were provided by LiuGong Ouweimu.

The Tuhai River Bridge on Xinghua Road in Liaocheng is the first vehicle bridge in China to use carbon fiber cable stays. Academician Yue Qingrui of the Chinese Academy of Engineering said that the carbon fiber stay cable used this time fills the gap in the domestic vehicle bridge industry and is the largest span currently in the world. The proportion of carbon materials is only 1/5 of that of steel, and the strength is higher than that of steel cables. 1/4.
