Pingluo Zhou High Speed Rail
The Pingluozhou-Zhouzhou high-speed railway is located in Pingdingshan City, Luohe City and Zhoukou City in the central and southern Henan Province. The line starts from the Pingdingshan West Station of the Zhengwan High-speed Railway in the west, and goes eastward through the south of Pingdingshan and the north of Wuyang County. , through the north of Shangshui County, Zhoukou City, and then turn south to enter Zhoukou East Station of Zhengfu High-speed Railway. The main line is 199.679km long, 66.369km in Pingdingshan City, 82.605km in Luohe City, and 50.705km in Zhoukou City.
The total length of the main bridge is 190.013km, accounting for 95.16% of the total length of the whole line. The length of the main line is 9.666km, accounting for 4.84% of the total length of the whole line, of which the length of the subgrade in the interval is 0.76km, accounting for 0.38% of the total length of the whole line, and the length of the subgrade in the station is 8.906km, accounting for 4.46% of the total length of the whole line. The Pingluozhou high-speed railway is a high-speed railway, double-track, electric traction, with a design speed target value of 350km/h. The general section of the main line adopts CRTS double-block ballastless track, and the fork area adopts sleeper buried ballastless track. The relevant tie line adopts ballast track.
The proposed railway design year is 2030 in the initial stage, 2035 in the near term, and 2045 in the long term. The total construction period is 4 years. The total investment of the project is 36.754 billion yuan.
Station location and layout plan
There are 6 stations on the whole line, namely Pingdingshan West Station, Pingdingshan South Station, Wuyang North Station, Luohe West Station, Zhoukou West Station, and Zhoukou East Station, all of which are intermediate stations; 2 line stations are Yangzhuang Line Station and Yaoyang Station Zhuang Line. Luohe West Station will build a comprehensive maintenance workshop, Pingdingshan South Station and Zhoukou West Station will build a comprehensive maintenance area, and Pingdingshan West Station and Zhoukou East Station will use existing comprehensive maintenance facilities.
Pingdingshan West Station: The middle station of Zhengwan High-speed Railway, located in Baofeng County, Pingdingshan City. The station has 3 stations and 7 lines (including 2 main lines), and 1 basic platform, with a scale of 450m×12m×1.25m, island platform There are 2 blocks, each with a scale of 450m×12m×1.25m, with an 8m-wide overpass, one passenger tunnel and one baggage tunnel.
The Pingluozhou high-speed railway line will not introduce the existing Pingdingshanxi station, and build a new Pingluozhou depot on the west side of the existing Zhengwan depot, with a scale of 2 sets of 6 lines (including the main line), and the reserved interface at the north end is connected to the Hunan high-speed railway Henan West Passage through. The effective length of the arrival and departure line is 650m, and the size of the intermediate platform is 450×12.0×1.25m. A new connecting line between the main line and the Zhengwanchang field will be built. The newly built parking lot will be connected to a passenger overpass with a length of 1-8m and a width of 1-8m, a passenger tunnel with a width of 1-8m, and a tunnel with a width of 1-5.2m.
Pingdingshan South Station: The station is a new intermediate station, located at the junction of Biancheng Village, Shuanglou Village and Liangli Village, Zhanhe District, Pingdingshan City, about 5 kilometers away from Pingdingshan Railway Station.
The central mileage of this station is DK38+416, the upward direction is Pingdingshan West Station, and the distance between the stations is 37.606km; the downward direction is Wuyang North Station, and the station distance is 38.069km.
The station has 2 stations and 6 lines (including 2 main lines), and the effective length of the arrival and departure lines is 650m. There are 2 island-type platforms, and the platform size is 450m×12.0m×1.25m. There is a new 1-12.0m passenger entry and exit passage, and the station building is located on the north side of the station. There is a double-duty line at the Luoyang end of the station, and a single-duty line at the Zhoukou end. The comprehensive maintenance work area is located on the left side of the station.
Wuyang North Railway Station: The station is a new intermediate station, located on the north side of Wuyang County, Luohe City (about 1 km north of Hezili Village, Xin'an Town), about 3.5km from the edge of Wuyang County, the station is arranged in an east-west direction, and the station is in a plain area , the station center mileage is DK76+485, the upward direction is Pingdingshan South Station, the station spacing is 38.069km, the downward direction is Luohe West Station, the station spacing is 35.288km.
The scale of the station is 2 sets and 4 lines (including 2 main lines), the effective length of the arrival and departure lines are all 650m, and there is a single crossing line at the throat at both ends of the station. There will be one basic platform and one side platform, each with a platform size of 450m×8.0m×1.25m, and a new 10m-wide passenger tunnel. The station building is located on the south side of the line, close to the side of Wuyang County. This station is a road base station, and the slope of the station is flat.
Luohe West Station: Luohe West Station is the middle station of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway. It is the main passenger station in the region. The station building is located on the left side of the line. 1 place, including 3 fork lines in the work area. There are 2 intermediate platforms of 450m×12.0m×1.25m, and 1 tunnel for incoming and outgoing passengers.
The newly built Pingluo Zhouchang will have 2 sets of 6 lines (including 2 main lines), with an effective length of 650m, and 2 island platforms of 450.0m×12.0m×1.25m. There are 2 passenger tunnels with a width of 8.0m in the existing Beijing Plaza. It is planned that the Zhengxin Intercity Depot line will be located on the west side of the Pingluo Zhou Depot, with a scale of 2 cars and 4 lines (including the main line). A new comprehensive maintenance workshop will be built, which is connected to Pingluo Zhouchang and Zhengxin Intercity. It is planned to have two connecting lines from Pingdingshan to Zhengxin Intercity, and two connecting lines from Zhoukou to Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway.
The new maintenance workshop of Luohe West Station is located on the west side of the proposed Pingluozhou high-speed railway line, including one rail garage, one office and one dormitory building, with a total construction area of 6960m2.
Zhoukou West Railway Station: Zhoukou West Railway Station is located in Zhangzhuang Township, Shangshui County, Zhoukou City, about 13 kilometers away from the center of Zhoukou City. There are three villages: Wanggang Village, Jingying Village and Songzhuang Village nearby. The east side of the station crosses County Road 017. .
The mileage of the center of the station is DK168+585.00. The station building is located on the right side of the line. The station is arranged with 2 stations and 4 lines. The effective length of the arrival and departure lines is 650m. seat. Zhoukou East Station: Zhoukou East Station is the intermediate station of Zhengfu High-speed Railway. The newly built Pingluo Zhouchang will have 2 sets of 6 lines (including 2 main lines), with an effective length of 650m, and 2 island-type platforms of 450.0m×12.0m×1.25m. The vertical direction is connected to the reserved Zhoukou and Shangqiu intercity. On the east side of Zhoukou East Station is reserved Zhoukou-Shangqiu Intercity Depot, with a total scale of 3 sets and 8 lines (including 2 main lines).
This line is on the Yaozhuang Line, so the lateral direction of turnout No. 42 should not be introduced into Zhoukou East Station, so as to meet the running conditions of the cross-line train from this line to Zhengfu High-speed Railway. In the long term, 2 car storage lines and 1 high-speed rail logistics base are reserved.
The new Pingdingshan-Luohe-Zhoukou high-speed railway is an important support and transportation basic guarantee for actively serving and integrating into the Belt and Road Initiative, the rise of the central region, the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and other national strategies; it is the continental bridge corridor in the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network.
