Recently, I learned from Erdos City, Inner Mongolia that the investors of the first-class highway from Chaideng to Tuke are bidding, which has been included in the development plan of highway and waterway transportation in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The investment is about 5.219 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The starting point of this project is Chaideng Village, Bojiang Haizi Town, Dongsheng District, and the end point is Tuke, Wushen Banner. The construction of this project has realized another convenient passage from Baotou to Shaanxi and other western regions. In the western region of Ordos, the G65 Baomao Expressway and G18 Rongwu Expressway have been effectively connected, and the G338, G210, and G109 ordinary national highways have been realized. The connection between them increases the degree of connectivity of the road network, enhances the ability of high-quality coal outbound transportation, and improves the level of highway services. After the project is completed, it will become a modern equipment manufacturing and high-tech industrial base connecting Azhen, Jiangsu Industrial Park, and a map. Bridges in industrial parks such as Kexin Energy Eco-Industrial Base, Wushenzhao Energy and Heavy Chemical Industry Base, Mengsu Economic Development Zone, Sulige Development Zone, Nalinhe Heavy Chemical Industry Base, etc. The rational connection between Ordos City and Yulin, Dongsheng District and Yijinhuoluo Banner, Wushen Banner and other banner areas plays an extremely important role in further promoting the sound and rapid economic and social development of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi.

The route length of this project is about 100.1 kilometers. There are 28 bridges, 12 pipeline crossings, 20 culverts, 6 interchangeable interchanges, 150 passages, 22 level crossings, 2 service areas and maintenance areas, and main line tolls. 2 stations and 3 connecting lines. The main line adopts the two-way four-lane first-class highway construction standard, the design speed is 100km/h, and the roadbed width is 26m.
