On July 29, 2022, the Jiangxi Provincial Public Resource Trading Network released the bidding announcement for 10 expressways including Yangxin-Wuning-Zhangshu Expressway, the industry highway, the tenderer: Jiangxi Provincial Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. Project Construction Management Company , the total mileage of new highways is about 846 kilometers.

Project Overview

Yangxin to Wuning to Zhangshu Expressway: The total length is about 230 kilometers, of which the new construction project of the Wuning to Jing'an section is about 30 kilometers long.

Nanchang-Nanfeng Expressway: It is about 219 kilometers long. The starting point is located in Bayi Township, Nanchang County, Nanchang City, and the end point is located in Nanfeng County, Fuzhou City. It enters Fujian Province and goes south to Puyan Expressway.

Susong-Pengze Expressway: About 19.8 kilometers long, the starting point is located at the border of Jiangxi and Anhui provinces, Furongdun Town, Pengze County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It crosses the Yangtze River and shares the river crossing channel with the planned Nanjing-Jiujiang Yanjiang Expressway. To the starting point of Dongxiang Expressway near Yujiayan, Pengze County.

Kaihua to Dexing Expressway: About 18 kilometers long, the starting point is located in Zhancai Township in the Jiangxi-Zhejiang border connecting with Hangchunkai Expressway, and the end point is near Xingangshan Town, Dexing City, Shangrao City, connecting Dexing to Nanchang Expressway.

The second bridge project of Jiujiang Yangtze River Highway in Jiangxi Section of Fuyin Expressway: the route is about 11 kilometers long.

The Lushan-Nanchang Expressway Project of the Second Passage of the Jiangxi Section of Fuyin Expressway: The total length of the route is about 64.5 kilometers.

Zhangshu-Xingguo Expressway: It is about 186 kilometers long. It starts at the end of Yangzhang Expressway, crosses with Dongchang Expressway, ends at Quannan Expressway, and connects with Xingguo-Guidong Expressway.

Shangrao Zhejiang-Jiangxi-Yingtan Expressway Ningshang-Yingtan Section: The new construction project is about 66 kilometers long, starting at Ningshang Expressway and ending at Guizi Expressway, connecting with Yingtan South Ring Expressway.

Guixi-Zixi Expressway: It is about 80 kilometers long. The starting point is connected to Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, and the end point is connected to Fuji Expressway. It passes through Yiyang County of Shangrao City, Guixi City of Yingtan City, and Zixi County of Fuzhou City.

Acquisition and submission of tender documents

Interested bidders should use the CA digital certificate to download the bidding documents and related materials from the traffic engineering module in the traffic engineering subsystem of the electronic trading system of the Jiangxi Provincial Public Resource Trading Platform from July 30, 2022 to August 3, 2022. The deadline for submitting bid documents is 09:30 on August 24, 2022.
