On December 16, 2022, the general contracting company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau held a cloud signing ceremony for Turkey's Adana port and supporting facilities project. According to reports, this is the third project undertaken by the general contracting company in Turkey after the OPPO and VIVO plant projects in Turkey, and it is also the first large-scale overseas infrastructure project undertaken by the F+EPC model.

TRANSPET Group, the owner of the Adana Port and supporting facilities project, is Turkey's largest private transnational crude oil trader. The project is located in CEYHAN District, Adana Province, southeastern Turkey, next to the port of the Turkish National Petroleum Pipeline Bureau.

This project is the first large-scale overseas infrastructure project undertaken by the general contracting company in the F+EPC mode. It is also one of the few purely commercial financing loan projects between China and Turkey in the past 10 years. It was led by the Chinese Embassy in Turkey attention and support. The project is planned to be developed in three phases, with a total investment of about 310 million US dollars. The first phase of the project signed this time, with an investment of about 120 million US dollars, is expected to be completed in 2025.
