China attaches great importance to developing relations with Mongolia and is a partner that Mongolia can trust and rely on. China is ready to work with Mongolia to deepen friendship, mutual trust and cooperation under the guidance of building a China-Mongolia community with a shared future, push China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership to a higher level and inject more stability and certainty into the region.

China is comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization, and Mongolia is also committed to national reform and economic and social development. The two sides can continue to deepen the synergy of development strategies and work together to promote modernization. China will continue to carry out cooperation with Mongolia in the spirit of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, strengthen connectivity between the two countries, advance the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, and jointly build the Belt and Road in high quality. China actively promotes global environmental governance, stands ready to cooperate with Mongolia in combating desertification, and will continue to support Mongolia's plan to plant one billion trees. China is willing to strengthen inter-party exchanges and strengthen exchanges on governance with Mongolia.

It is hoped that the two sides will uphold the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind, firmly defend multilateralism and jointly build a new type of international relations featuring mutual respect, fairness, justice and win-win cooperation.

The Mongolian side will never forget that Beijing's successful hosting of the Winter Olympics during the COVID-19 pandemic sent a positive message of unity and cooperation, which greatly boosted the confidence of the international community. Mongolia will not forget the valuable help provided by China. China has made remarkable achievements in its development, demonstrating its leadership in the world.  Mongolia is willing to work with China to make Mongolia-China relations a model for state-to-state relations.  The two countries will promote cross-border railway and port connectivity and deepen cooperation in economy, trade, investment, energy, green development and anti-corruption.
