SEPCO Signed Saraha Oil and Gas Power Plant Project in Iraq

On the morning of June 28, 2023, Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., affiliated to SEPCO III, and China Machinery Engineering Corporation Co., Ltd. officially signed Iraq Salahadin 2 in Beijing × 630MW Oil and Gas Power Plant Operation and Maintenance Service Contract.

Iraq Saraha Ding Fuel Gas Power Station is located on the side of Tigris, 186 km north of Baghdad, with an installed capacity of 2 × 630MW is currently the largest single unit power plant project in operation in Iraq. With the high-quality performance during the commissioning and trial operation stage of the project, Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. has won the recognition and trust of the owners and successfully won the project operation and maintenance contract. It is responsible for the production, operation and maintenance of the BTG system, various auxiliary systems, chemical water system, I&C system, fuel and gas system and other equipment throughout the plant.

China Jiangxi International Corporation won the bid for the construction project of the main campus of Ardi University in Tanzania

Recently, China Jiangxi International Corporation won the bid for the first and second sections of the construction project of the main campus of Ardi University in Tanzania funded by the World Bank.

The main construction contents of the main campus construction project of Ardi University in Tanzania include the construction of university studio building, multi-functional laboratory, academic hall building for key academic degrees and multi-functional teaching building. The contract duration is 18 months. This project is the first World Bank funded project to be awarded in the Tanzanian market. The winning bid not only consolidated the business share of China Jiangxi International Company in the local market, but also laid a solid foundation for the winning and implementation of other high-quality funding projects in the future.Editor/Ma Xue
