Among them, the integrated project of clean and efficient comprehensive utilization of green source resources in this key construction project is based on local coal resources, with a total planned investment of 8.7 billion yuan. It aims to build a 1 million ton/year high nitrogen water-soluble composite fertilizer plant, a 200000 ton/year melamine plant, a 400000 ton/year diesel engine tail gas cleaner, a 50000 ton/year liquid carbon dioxide and supporting facilities.
