Two key engineering projects in Fujian Province have successively announced their bidding results, namely the Nan'an Luncang International Water Heating Comprehensive Development Project and the Putian City Chengxiang District Urban Supporting Improvement Construction Project. The total investment of the two major projects exceeds 2.24 billion yuan, involving multiple fields such as municipal infrastructure, livelihood and housing, and industrial supporting facilities. Nan'an 1.469 billion project landing

The Nan'an Luncang International Water Heating Comprehensive Development Project has successfully won the bid for approximately 1.469 billion yuan, and will focus on creating a new pattern of integrated development between industry and city. The project is located in Luncang Town, Nan'an City, with a maximum bidding price of 1.59 billion yuan. It was won by Fujian Yuanchang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Fujian Huajing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Fujian Quancheng Survey Co., Ltd. The project is divided into three sub projects, with a total construction period of 548 calendar days for sub projects one and two, and 730 calendar days for sub project three.

Sub project 1 is the first phase of the municipal road network project for the renovation and renovation of the central town area of Luncang Town. It includes four municipal roads, Luncang Street, Bincheng East Road, Planning Road 1, and Planning Road 2, with asphalt pavement structure. The main construction content includes road engineering, bridge engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, electrical engineering, greening engineering, traffic engineering, and ancillary facilities engineering. Among them, Luncang Street has a total length of 649.04 meters and a red line width of 21 meters. It is a secondary urban road with two lanes in both directions and a designed speed of 30km/h. The entire line is equipped with one 1 × 20m simply supported hollow slab beam bridge; Bincheng East Road, Planning Road 1, and Planning Road 2 are all urban branch roads with a designed speed of 20km/h and two lanes in both directions. Their lengths are 250.267 meters, 105.903 meters, and 114.705 meters, respectively, and their red line widths are 16 meters, 12 meters, and 10 meters, respectively.

The second sub project is the resettlement housing project in Luncang Central Town, involving four plots of land: Qiaonan, Old Market, Oil Garden, and Juntang. The total land area is about 116.04 acres, and the total construction area is about 303806.97 square meters, including a capacity building area of 229638.1 square meters and a non capacity building area of 69576 square meters. High rise resettlement houses, supporting buildings, and basements are planned and constructed in various regions, and supporting facilities such as roads, squares, outdoor pipelines, and greenery are simultaneously improved. The total construction area of the Qiaonan plot exceeds 10 square meters, and the Oil Garden plot reaches 124800 square meters. After completion, it will significantly improve the living quality of local residents.

Sub project three is the Nan'an Luncang International Water Heating Commercial Development Project, with a total land area of 27661.20 square meters, approximately 41.49 acres, and a total construction area of 75360.63 square meters, including two plots of land, Juntang and Youyuan. The Juntang plot is planned to construct commercial supporting buildings, an international exhibition center, and industrial office spaces, with 328 motor vehicle parking spaces and 1477 non motor vehicle parking spaces; The oil park plot will be equipped with commercial supporting buildings, neighborhood centers, and pedestrian overpasses, with 66 motor vehicle parking spaces and 886 non motor vehicle parking spaces.

The bidding content of this project includes survey, limited to sub projects two and three, design. Sub projects one and two include construction drawing design, sub project three includes preliminary design and construction drawing design, procurement, construction, as well as investment, financing, and operation management of sub project three. After the completion of the project, it will effectively promote the upgrading of the water heating industry in Luncang, improve the functional layout of the town, and accelerate the deep integration of industry and city.

Putian 611 million project promotion

The urban supporting facilities improvement construction project in Chengxiang District, Putian City won the bid for about 611 million yuan, which will further fill the gaps in people's livelihood and infrastructure.
