Building a new cultural and tourism landmark through three major engineering systems

This project consists of three major engineering systems: the main body, supporting facilities, and equipment. The main project focuses on the theme of "Red Memory+Ecological Vacation", planning and constructing a 24000 square meter educated youth museum, a 160000 square meter educated youth homestay group, a 120000 square meter red cultural theater, accompanied by a 40000 square meter wooden vacation area and a 150000 square meter ancient road post station complex, and innovatively creating a 15000 square meter grass skiing resort and a 20000 square meter labor experience farm, forming a complete cultural and tourism experience chain. The supporting project focuses on infrastructure improvement, including the construction of 12 kilometers of scenic roads, 30 kilometers of trails, 4 ecological parking lots, and 12 AAA level tourist toilets. At the same time, landscape facilities such as 100000 square meters of greenery, 50000 square meters of slope protection beautification, and suspended glass observation decks will be used to comprehensively enhance the tourist experience. The equipment engineering covers 4637 sets of intelligent systems, navigation equipment, and professional devices, injecting technological support into cultural and tourism projects.

The bidding process reflects the market-oriented competition mechanism

This EPC general contracting adopts an open bidding method, attracting many well-known domestic construction enterprises to participate in the bidding. The evaluation committee comprehensively considered factors such as technical solutions, enterprise qualifications, and quotations, and ultimately determined that the China Communications Construction Group consortium would become the first candidate for winning the bid with a price of 3.022 billion yuan. Its proposal was recognized in terms of feasibility of project implementation and integration of cultural themes.
