To support the development of the new energy industry, the Baoding High tech Zone in Hebei Province has successively introduced more than 20 policies, including special incentive funds and the introduction of high-end talents, to create a high-tech industry system led by the manufacturing of new energy and smart grid equipment, supported by emerging industries such as new materials and electronic information.

At present, Baoding High tech Zone has more than 170 enterprises engaged in the manufacturing of new energy equipment, forming a pattern of joint development of several major parks, including wind power industry park, photovoltaic industry park, and energy-saving industry park.
