China Construction No. 4 Bureau has won three important projects in Indonesia

In the first quarter of 2024, China Construction Bureau 4 continued to deepen cooperation with Indonesian business owners, and successfully won the bid for three factory construction and supporting projects, showing strong market competitiveness and excellent project execution ability.

Zhongce Rubber Group MATAHARI TIRE Company factory project

The project is located in Kendal Industrial Park, Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia, planning to build a rubber factory with a total construction area of about 212,000 square meters. The bidding scope includes pile foundation project, temporary rubber mixing workshop, tire production 1#2# public engineering workshop, 20KV general reduction construction and safety project.

In February 2024, Zhongce Rubber announced that it will build a factory in Indonesia, covering an area of about 500,000 square meters, and the construction period is expected to be 10 months. This is Zhongce Rubber's second overseas factory. Its first overseas plant, in Thailand, opened in 2015.

The undertaking of the project opened a new chapter of cooperation between the Fourth Bureau of China Construction and Zhongce Rubber Group in Indonesia.

Dongling Technology Semarang JIPS Park plant phase I construction project

The project is located in Jatengland (JIPS) Industrial Park, Central Java, one of the most promising industrial parks in Central Java. The total construction area of the project is 61,700 square meters, including three monomones: Workshop No. 2, Workshop No. 3 and Workshop No. 4.

Midea Group Indonesia factory park supporting facilities and new road infrastructure projects

The project covers an area of about 12,000 square meters, including the internal transformation of the workshop, the construction of external equipment houses, and the construction of corresponding supporting roads and pipelines. The factory is the first factory project of Midea Group's production base in Indonesia, and it is also the first cooperation between Midea Group and China Construction Fourth Bureau in Indonesia.
