Recently, Xilin Gol League Water Resources Bureau issued the "Notice on the implementation of State Power Investment Inner Mongolia Baiyin Hua Self-owned Power Plant Renewable energy Alternative Project 300 MW wind power project and State Power Investment Baiyin Hua self-owned power Plant full self-use 50 MW wind power project". It marks that the self-provided power plant of Inner Mongolia Baiyin Hua Coal Power Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the construction index of 350 MW wind power installed capacity.

Since the beginning of the year, Baiyinhua self-provided power plant takes the "2035 first-class Strategy" and the "14th Five-Year Plan" as the leadership of the group company, actively implements the annual key work objectives of Inner Mongolia Company, seize the deployment and pay close attention to the implementation, relying on the rich wind energy, solar energy and inferior coal resources of Xiwuzwarts Banner of Xilin Gol League. In accordance with the overall idea of "coal power generation, aluminum smelting, aluminum electrification, and coal promotion", on the basis of the 700 MW coal-fired thermal power units and 205 MW installed capacity that have been completed and put into operation, we actively develop 350 MW wind power projects and 100 MW wind power integration of source network, load and storage. The acquisition of the wind power project index has supplemented the blank of the plant in wind power installation. After the project was put into operation, the green power installed capacity of the plant reached 555 megawatts, accounting for 48% of the total installed power capacity, and it could transport 1.1 billion KWH of clean energy every year, save about 340,000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions about 800,000 tons, effectively improve the proportion of green electricity consumption, optimize the local energy industry layout, and promote the regional green high-quality development.
