According to reports, Novo Solar plans to build a 1GW solar module factory in Palachin, central Serbia. Serbia's Minister of Mines and Energy, Dubrovka Jedovic, revealed that Novak Solar will invest 30 million euros (234 million yuan) in the factory within three years. The estimated value of the solar power plant is 280 million euros.

According to the data, Nuocheng Photovoltaics focuses on the photovoltaic industry. The company was established in 2005 and is headquartered in the Hunan University Science and Technology Industrial Park. It is a key new energy enterprise and a well-known brand product enterprise supported by the Hunan Provincial Government. At present, Nuocheng Photovoltaic has built and put into operation a 500MW solar photovoltaic module and inverter production base, and is an integrated manufacturer of original photovoltaic power generation systems in the photovoltaic industry.
