Liaoning Port Group announced on the 17th that berth 201# -203 # of Xianren Island Port Area of Yingkou Port recently passed the open acceptance organized by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce (Port Office), Dalian Customs, Liaoning Border Inspection Station, Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration and other port government departments, marking that the built berths of Xianren Island Port area of Yingkou Port should be fully opened and fully opened to the outside world. It will help relieve the berth pressure of Bayuquan Port area and further improve the production capacity and operation efficiency of Yingkou Port.

On February 21, 2014, Xianren Island Port Area obtained the Approval of The State Council on the approval of the expansion of the opening of Yingkou Port in Liaoning Province, completed the national acceptance of opening to the outside world on October 9, 2018, and passed the preliminary acceptance of opening to the outside world of 201#, 202# and 203# berths of Xianren Island Port Area in Yingkou Port organized by Yingkou Oral Bank Office on November 21, 2023. The 201# - 203# berths of Xianren Island Port area of Yingkou Port are three general berths of 50,000 tons, with a total length of 800 meters, and customs supervision space is equipped behind the berths, covering an area of about 360,000 square meters.

Liaoning Port Group said that the expansion of the opening can achieve foreign trade slag, magnesite, raw sugar and other cargo from Bayuquan port area to Xianren Island port area, will help ease the pressure of Bayuquan Port berth, further improve Yingkou port production capacity and operational efficiency. Yingkou Port will further expand routes and cargo sources, improve port service levels, and ensure safe and stable operation of berths after opening through measures such as strengthening port facilities and equipment management and optimizing port functions, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of Liao Port.
