Lianjiang County signed a total of six projects with a total investment of 7.3 billion yuan, including the China Resources New energy storage power station and the National Energy Longyuan offshore wind farm project.

Lianjiang County People's Government and China Resources Power Fujian Company signed the contract of China Resources New energy storage power station project. The project plans to use 500 million yuan of foreign investment to build an offshore wind energy storage station in Lianjiang, with a capacity of 105MW\210MWh, including the construction of water pump room, prefabrication of energy storage equipment and other buildings, which are used to store the electric energy transmitted back from the offshore wind farm to achieve stable power generation.

At the same time, Lianjiang County People's Government and Lianjiang Longyuan Wanhua New Energy Co., Ltd. signed the National energy Longyuan offshore wind farm project agreement. The project plans to invest 3 billion yuan, with a total installed capacity of 300MW, supporting the construction of a 220kV offshore booster station, a primary 220KV submarine cable delivery line and an onshore operation and maintenance center, with 30MW/60MWh capacity of energy storage.

National Energy Longyuan offshore wind Farm project has been approved this year, after the wind farm is completed and put into operation, it is expected to provide clean electricity for the power grid of about 1.434 billion KWH per year, saving 439,600 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide by 1.202,500 tons, sulfur dioxide by 268.29 tons, nitrogen dioxide by 279.78 tons, and dust by 545,200 tons.
