Recently, China Power Construction Corporation's Hydropower Bureau No. 1 held a grand opening ceremony for the second phase of the Benin Municipal Road LOT8B project in Kandi, Benin. The launch of this project not only marks the official start of the first highway project of the Hydropower Bureau No. 1 in the Benin market, but also symbolizes that China and Benin have taken a solid step in the cooperation in the field of infrastructure construction.

Abdoulaye Bio Chané, Minister of State for Development and Government Action Coordination of Benin, Alassa Seydou, Minister of Public Security, and other government officials visited the site to lay the foundation for the project and delivered an enthusiastic speech.
