According to Changle District Financial Media Center news, recently, the 2024 China (Fuzhou) International Fishery Expo was held in Fuzhou Straits International Convention and Exhibition Center. On the same day, Changle District signed a contract with Fujian Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. and SDI Power Holding Co., Ltd. for the Changle Offshore Area I (South) offshore wind farm project.

The planned installed capacity of Changle Offshore Sea I Area (South) offshore wind Farm project is 300MW, the project sea area is about 36km2, the offshore distance is 54 ~ 61km, the theoretical water depth is 43 ~ 51m, and the reference wind speed is 9.7m/s. Initially, it is planned to install a single wind turbine with a capacity of not less than 12MW, and the planned total installed capacity is 300MW(the installed capacity can be slightly higher than the planned capacity according to the model situation, and the excess capacity is not greater than the capacity of any single fan).

Changle Offshore Area I (South) Project is the first batch of offshore wind power market competitive allocation projects in 2023 in Fujian Province. This competition configuration project includes Changle B area (adjustment) 100,000 kilowatts, Changle Offshore I Area (south) 300,000 kilowatts, Changle Offshore J Area 650,000 kilowatts, Changle Offshore K Area 550,000 kilowatts, Putian Meizhou Bay offshore 400,000 kilowatts, a total of 5 sites, 2 million kilowatts.

At present, these five projects have completed the preliminary tender for related services. Among them, Changle Waihai J area 650,000 kw, Changle B Area (adjustment) 100,000 kw, Changle Waihai I area (South) 300,000 kW offshore wind power projects won by China Power Construction Fujian Institute; The 550,000 kW offshore wind power project in the K Area of Changle Offshore Sea was won by Fujian Water Resources and Hydropower Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., LTD.
