On June 17, 2024, Qingdao SF Airlines' low-altitude freight flight 208B successfully made its maiden flight, carrying 1.3 tons of fresh cherries from Qingdao to Beijing, with an estimated time of only 3.5 hours. The opening of this route not only marks the entry of low-altitude cargo logistics between Qingdao and Beijing into the normalized operation stage, but also injects new vitality into the development of Qingdao's low-altitude economy.

The opening of this low-altitude freight route is the result of close cooperation and joint efforts between Qingdao SF Express, Qingdao Metro Group and Qingdao Cihang Airport. In the first half of 2024, the three parties jointly carried out low-altitude all-cargo flight operations and successfully realized the first flight of this freight route.
