On June 20, 2024, Yijinhuoluo Banner once again demonstrated its care for people's livelihood, and a new chapter of the Warmth Project - the Waterfront New City Maintenance Project officially started. With a total investment of 75 million yuan, this project aims to improve the heating facilities in 12 communities in Shui'an New City and provide residents with a warmer and safer winter living environment.

The scope of this maintenance project is wide-ranging, including the maintenance and transformation of many key parts such as heat exchange stations, wall pipes, risers, and household balance control valves. The specific work involves the repair of 176 wall pipes, the replacement of 6,500 household valves and room temperature collectors, and the update of 1,324 valves. This series of measures will effectively solve the problems of running, popping, dripping and leaking in the old secondary pipe network for heating in municipal civil servant communities, reduce pipe network losses, achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, reduce heating safety hazards, and ensure the safety of the heating system. Stable operation and significantly improved heating quality.

The project is expected to be fully completed in mid-September, which will benefit 5,895 residents of Shui'an New City and cover approximately 1.0758 million square meters of residential area. The Yijinhuoluo Banner government insists on closely integrating the warmth project with people's livelihood and well-being, scientific planning, careful organization, and going all out to accelerate the construction process while ensuring the quality and safety of the project.
