Under the guidance of the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategic goals, the development of the new energy industry has entered the fast lane. On July 28, 2024, SANY Hydrogen and Hollysys officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking the official start of the in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the field of new energy hydrogen production.

Sany Hydrogen Energy, as a subsidiary of Sany Group, has been committed to providing global customers with GW level ultra-large scale grid-connected/off-grid hydrogen production complete sets of solutions since its establishment, covering the research and development, manufacturing and sales of hydrogen production and hydrogenation equipment, aiming to build a new energy equipment ecosystem with hydrogen energy as the core. Hollysys is a leader in the field of industrial automation, with rich experience in DCS system application and strong industry solution providing capabilities, especially in the petrochemical, electric power, high-speed rail industry has significant performance.

Based on the core concepts of inclusive development, resource sharing and innovation collaboration, China Tianying and CRRC Group have worked hand in hand to build a deep cooperation relationship in cutting-edge fields such as new energy hydrogen production, comprehensive smart energy management and efficient energy storage technology. The two sides will work together to focus on the development of grid-connected and off-grid hydrogen generation projects for renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic, aiming to create a closed-loop system from energy production to hydrogen energy preparation.

Under this cooperation framework, Hollysys takes its excellent control system, high-precision instrumentation and advanced industrial software technology as the foundation, and deeply integrates with SANY Hydrogen Energy's expertise in electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment, including high-efficiency electrolyzer, hydrogen production station balance optimization system (BOP) and system integration, to jointly provide the market with a comprehensive and customized one-stop new energy hydrogen production solution. This solution not only covers the whole life cycle from project planning, design, construction to operation and maintenance, but also ensures the efficiency, safety and sustainability of hydrogen production, creating maximum value for the owner.

The two sides decided to deepen cooperation and jointly develop intelligent control systems for green, electric and hydrogen smart factories, aiming to achieve technological innovation in the field of system control of new energy hydrogen production and its subsequent chemical industry chain. The collaboration focuses on the technical challenges of hydrogen production from renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power in both grid-connected and off-grid modes, especially in intermittent hydrogen production, to explore and implement efficient control strategies. The two sides will be committed to the continuous iteration and optimization of technology, to ensure the stable operation and efficient output of the system, to provide intelligent and refined control solutions for new energy hydrogen production and back-end chemical industry, and to promote the intelligent upgrade and sustainable development of the entire industrial chain.Editor/Zhang Liyuan
