Recently, Fujian Kuncai Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent for the Investment Framework Agreement of Vanadium Titanium Resource Base Project with Zhangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and International Resources Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa.

According to the company's development strategy plan, the company plans to establish a joint venture with International Resources Limited to exploit the resources of the Mapos mine in South Africa acquired by International Resources Limited. The company also intends to rely on the port resources of Zhangzhou City to import the raw materials needed by the company and carry out research and development manufacturing business related to raw materials locally. The project is expected to achieve an annual throughput of 10 million tons and investment in supporting mineral processing projects by 2025. It is expected to reach an annual throughput of 60 million tons by 2030, producing 50 million tons of high-grade iron ore, 5 million tons of high-grade titanium powder, and 100000 tons of vanadium pentoxide.
