On September 26, 2024, Guohua Investment Guangxi Branch held a grand groundbreaking ceremony for three important new energy projects in Qinbei District, Qinzhou City. They are the Qinbei Patriotic 180 MW Wind Power Project, Qinbei Wuning Phase II 140 MW Wind Power Project, and the innovative Qinbei Dagui 100 MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Project, marking the official entry of all planned projects in the region into the construction stage.

These two wind power projects are located in the beautiful mountainous area of Qinbei District, with a total investment scale of up to 2.1 billion yuan. The aim is to achieve the grand goal of a total installed capacity of 320 megawatts by deploying 54 efficient 5.0 megawatt wind turbines. The project is equipped with an advanced 220 kV booster station and introduces a shared energy storage system of 64 MW/128 MWh to enhance energy dispatch and storage capabilities.

Looking ahead to the future, the successful operation of this series of green energy projects is expected to generate up to 669 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 205500 tons of standard coal annually, significantly reducing pollutant emissions, including 56.72 tons of sulfur dioxide, 90.89 tons of nitrogen oxides, and crucial 747600 tons of carbon dioxide. This move will not only bring significant economic growth momentum to the local area, but also profoundly promote the green transformation of energy structure, safeguard blue skies and green spaces, promote the harmonious coexistence of economy and environment, and achieve a win-win situation with multiple benefits.
