On December 30, 2024, the Brazilian energy company under China Power International officially issued the commencement orders for the Amolar and Farol wind power projects, marking the official entry of these two highly anticipated wind power projects into the construction phase.

The Amolar and Farol wind power projects are located in the town of Torus in the northeastern state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The project will install a total of 17 6.2MW wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 105.4MW. The GW182 turbines used in the project are currently the largest in terms of capacity and size in Brazil, and will be supplied and installed by Goldwind Technology.

The Amolar and Farol wind power projects launched by China International Energy Brazil not only demonstrate the company's firm commitment and strong capabilities in the field of renewable energy, but also contribute significantly to Brazil's energy structure transformation and sustainable development goals. With the smooth progress of the project, we have reason to believe that it will set a new benchmark for the development of clean energy in Brazil and even globally.(This article is from the official website of Jian Dao www.seetao.com.
