On May 13, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Jiuzhou Wind Farm Project in Tianlin County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was held in Pingweitun, Yangbai Village, Jiuzhou Town.

It is reported that the Jiuzhou wind power project will install 15 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6700kW, with a total installed capacity of 100.5MW, and support a new 220kV booster station, with a transformer capacity of 150MVA, with a total investment of 559 million yuan. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will effectively alleviate the shortage of local power supply, and at the same time derive many jobs, broaden income channels for surrounding residents, drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industries, and become a new engine for regional economic growth.
