This project is a floating photovoltaic demonstration project created by the Indonesian government, located at the Saguen Reservoir about 26 kilometers west of Bandung City in West Java Province, and about 100 kilometers away from the capital Jakarta in a straight line. The scope of project work includes the construction of one 60MWac floating photovoltaic power plant and one 150kV substation.

After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual power generation will reach 129000 MWh, saving 56000 tons of standard coal and reducing 149000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. It will actively help Indonesia achieve its goals of renewable energy development and green transformation. During the project construction period, it is expected to create over 1600 direct and indirect employment opportunities for the local area, effectively promoting local economic and social development.
