On May 24, the construction of the main structure of CGNPC's Yantai Zhaoyuan 400MW offshore photovoltaic project, which was supported by Jiangsu Shuangjiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise in the park, was completed. As the first large-scale offshore pile-based fixed offshore photovoltaic project in China, the project has set a number of records for offshore photovoltaic construction in China, and also marks a major breakthrough in the technological innovation of Depushi natural ester insulating oil independently developed by Shuangjiang Energy.
CGNPC's Yantai Zhaoyuan 400MW offshore PV project is located in Laizhou Bay, Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, with a total installed capacity of 400MW and covering more than 800,000 square meters. After the project is fully put into operation, it is expected to generate 690 million kWh of electricity annually, which can meet the annual clean electricity demand of about 400,000 households, reduce the consumption of standard coal by 207,000 tons and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 532,000 tons per year, and the environmental protection benefits are equivalent to replanting 1,600 hectares of forest. As the "ceiling of China's offshore photovoltaic construction", the project has overcome the problems of the deepest water depth (average 10 meters), the highest geological complexity, and the most stringent environmental protection requirements.
In recent years, in response to the problems of high salt spray corrosion and insufficient durability of offshore photovoltaic equipment, Shuangjiang Energy has independently developed natural ester insulating oil to achieve technological breakthroughs. Through the full life cycle protection system, the product ensures the stable operation of the equipment in harsh environments such as salt spray, humid heat, and severe temperature differences, and extends the operating temperature range to -30°C to 350°C, significantly improving climate adaptability and reliability. At the same time, the use of environmentally friendly materials with a biodegradability rate of 98% is nearly 1,000 times higher than that of traditional mineral oil, and the insulation system alone can reduce carbon emissions by 15%, taking into account power generation efficiency and ecological protection. According to the relevant person in charge of Shuangjiang Energy, at present, Shuangjiang Energy is accelerating the application of this technology in liquid-cooled energy storage, offshore wind power and other scenarios, and has formed a mature plan for 180MW to 400MW projects, and verified the technical feasibility in a number of benchmark projects such as Xingchen in Dongshan, Fujian, to help the industry upgrade from "energy construction" to "excellent construction".(This article is from the official website of Seetao www.seetao.com.
