Recently, Li Yongming, Deputy General Manager of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), went to Indonesia to attend the launching ceremony of the Batang Industrial Park Special Economic Zone.

The Batang Industrial Park Special Economic Zone was upgraded from the original Batang Industrial Park. It is currently the largest state-owned special economic zone in Indonesia and also an important part of the "Two Countries, Two Parks" cooperation between China and Indonesia.

When attending the launching ceremony, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto said that he looked forward to the special economic zone becoming the "Shenzhen of Indonesia" in the future.

Subsequently, Li Yongming went to the Batang Industrial Park for an on-site inspection, and together with Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs of Indonesia Airlangga Hartarto and Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Wang Lutong, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the cooperation of the "Park within a Park" project of the Batang Industrial Park in Indonesia between China State Construction International and PT. Batang Industrial Estate. According to the agreement, the two sides plan to carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation in areas such as park construction, development and operation, industrial upgrading, and the application of green energy.

During his stay in Indonesia, Li Yongming accompanied Ambassador Wang Lutong to visit Chinese-funded enterprises in the Kendal Industrial Park in Semarang City, Central Java Province, Indonesia, and held talks with Governor of Central Java Province Ahmad Lutfi.
