Recently, there came good news from the EPC Business Division of China South Architecture Design Institute. It has successfully won the bid for the project management right of the "Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Sawan Middle School in Savannakhet Province, Laos under the Aid Program". In this bidding process, the EPC Business Division fully integrated internal resources, joined hands with professional departments such as the Architectural Detailed Design Center, the Structural Detailed Design Center, and the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and Intelligent Detailed Design Center. At the same time, in collaboration with Hubei Hualong Engineering Management Co., Ltd., with its outstanding professional capabilities, comprehensive project planning, and efficient collaborative mechanisms, it stood out from the fierce competition and successfully secured the project.

The upgrading and reconstruction project of Sawan Middle School is located in Savannakhet City, the capital of Savannakhet Province, Laos. The total construction area of the project reaches 3,000 square meters. Its construction tasks are rich and diverse, covering a series of new construction projects of buildings such as teaching buildings, laboratories, multimedia classrooms, office buildings, covered playgrounds, and supporting rooms. It also includes the renovation and upgrading of existing buildings.

Once the project is completed, it will bring remarkable changes to Sawan Middle School. The long-standing problem of waterlogging during the rainy season that has troubled the school for many years will be effectively solved, and the campus environment will be greatly improved.
