On April 15th, China Energy Engineering Investment Group officially signed an investment and development cooperation agreement for a wind power project in Cambodia with Anhui No.2 Electric Power Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Fengguang Wuxian Company, Hong Kong Guangxiang Xinneng Company, and Tianjin Fengguang Wuxian Power Engineering Company in Beijing.

At the signing ceremony, all parties carried out comprehensive and in-depth discussions on strategic cooperation in international business, and focused on detailed and in-depth exchanges on the planning, construction, operation and other aspects of the 150MW wind power project in Mondulkiri Province, Cambodia. Based on their own unique advantages in project development, capital financing, technological innovation, and engineering construction, all parties clarified the cooperation direction and division of responsibilities, and jointly planned the project promotion path.

The signing of this cooperation agreement is an important milestone in the cooperation process of all parties, marking that the cooperative relationship has reached a new level and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent deepening of cooperation. In the future, all parties will adhere to the concept of coordinated development, strictly implement the content of the cooperation agreement, fully integrate resources and pool joint efforts, and are committed to building this project into a demonstration benchmark project for China-Cambodia energy cooperation.
