The consortium of China State Construction, Saudi Arabia's EL-SEIF and Qatar's MID-MAC held a signing ceremony for the Diriyah II Opera Block Project with Saudi Diriyah Company in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company, congratulated China State Construction on the signing of the project with the EL-SEIF of Saudi Arabia and MID-MAC of Qatar. Located in the Diriyyah area west of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, adjacent to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Diriyyah, the Diriyyah II Opera Block Project mainly includes the Diriyah Royal Opera House and its ancillary facilities, the Langham Hotel, mixed-use residential buildings and public areas, with a total construction area of 129,559 square meters and a total cost of approximately SAR 5.1 billion (approximately US$1.35 billion). When completed, it will be the first world-class opera complex in Saudi Arabia, contributing to Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" cultural transformation strategy.
