Recently, at the New Energy Industry Advanced Technology Seminar held in Qingdao, the high-efficiency TBC double-glass module product independently developed by the Xining Branch of Huanghe Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. successfully passed the rigorous tests of TÜV Rheinland, a globally authoritative testing institution, and won the new standard certifications of IEC 61215 and IEC 61730. This marks that the product quality has reached the international leading level.
The high-efficiency TBC double-glass module product integrates innovative technologies and processes such as overlapping soldering, special coated glass, ultra-thin flat solder ribbons, and high water-resistant encapsulation films. It also incorporates advanced packaging technologies such as non-destructive cutting and double-glass packaging. It has excellent anti-PID (Potential Induced Degradation) and anti-LID (Light Induced Degradation) performance. This module has significant advantages in terms of high power, high efficiency, high reliability, high power generation, as well as low degradation, low temperature coefficient, low carbon footprint, and low levelized cost of electricity.
