With a total investment of 44.8 billion yuan, the Sino-Saudi Arabia Gulei ethylene project, jointly built by the world's petrochemical giant SABIC and Fujian Energy and Petrochemical Group, is a key project of China-Saudi Arabia production capacity and investment cooperation, the third batch of national major foreign investment projects, and an important practice of the in-depth docking of the Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030".

"As the world's largest EO/EG scrubber, it requires a relatively large operating area, and the scheduled hoisting of this equipment is very important for the ground operation of other surrounding devices, which is related to the subsequent equipment installation, pipeline connection, system commissioning and other links."
