Zhuhai Tonghai Technology Co., Ltd. and Langkun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. have successfully entered the list of candidate bidders for the construction of the second phase of the smart safety control system for Vietnam's Yongxin coal-fired power plant. This project marks the further promotion of Chinese standards and technologies in the field of overseas power safety. In response to the pain points of complex operating environments and frequent high-risk operations in power generation enterprises, the project adopts Vietnamese regulations as the framework, integrates mature experiences such as NOSA safety, health and environmental system, domestic dual prevention mechanism, and "two tickets and three systems", and reconstructs a digital safety management system.At the technical level, the system breaks through bottlenecks such as low utilization of traditional monitoring data and information silos, and develops ten functional modules such as security access and emergency management around five core scenarios: contractor management, on-site operations, and equipment operation. By using the risk matrix and job condition analysis method, dynamically generate a "four-color chart" risk classification to achieve intelligent early warning; Real time monitoring of hazardous chemical parameters and linked video tracking, increasing alarm response efficiency by 60%. In addition, the mobile control ball and CCTV system can accurately locate the trajectory of personnel and vehicles, standardize work behavior, and reduce the violation rate by 35%.

The system also innovates the full cycle closed-loop management of contractors, and controls the whole process from qualification review to factory leaving evaluation, helping to improve the overall level of project safety management, and providing replicable intelligent solutions for the Belt and Road energy cooperation.
