the 49.25 MW upgrade and renovation project of Dabancheng Wind Power officially started construction. This project actively responds to the national "Management Measures for the Renovation, Upgrading, and Retirement of Old Wind Farm Units" and "Action Plan for Promoting Large scale Equipment Renewal". After a year of careful preparation, the project has been coded and approved for system access, and has been successfully selected for the "National Annual Wind Power Renovation and Upgrading Implementation Plan" list.
This renovation will demolish the original 39 inefficient units and build 11 high-power wind turbines with a single capacity of 7.5 megawatts, while also supporting the construction of 11.25 megawatts/45 megawatt hour energy storage systems. After the renovation is completed, the project will achieve a capacity upgrade of 29.25 megawatts and an additional installed capacity of 53.25 megawatts, with a total installed capacity of 102.5 megawatts. The power generation efficiency and economic benefits will be significantly improved.
After the completion of the project, it will not only optimize the regional energy structure and improve the stability of the power grid, but also drive the development of the new energy equipment manufacturing, infrastructure operation and maintenance and other industrial chains, injecting new momentum into the local economy.
