China Huadian Technology&Industry Group Co., Ltd. recently signed a major cooperation agreement with PT Sembada Makmur Sejahtera of Indonesia, involving the construction and operation of the coal yard and long-distance transportation system for the Nusaraya project in Banten Province, Indonesia. The project includes a design, supply, and construction contract worth RMB 2.516 billion, requiring coal transportation conditions to be met by July 30, 2027. At the same time, a 12 year operation and maintenance framework agreement worth RMB 3.051 billion has been signed, which will provide full cycle services after project acceptance. The total amount of this cooperation exceeds 5.5 billion yuan, setting a new record for the single contract amount of China Huadian Technology and Industry Group.
