The bidding results of EPC general contracting of distributed photovoltaic project of Longneng Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province were recently announced. The consortium formed by China Railway 25th Bureau Group Fifth Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the project with a quotation of 1,043.7 million yuan.

The project is a key new energy construction project in Jiangxi Province, with a total installed capacity of 300MW and a total investment of about 1.05 billion yuan. The scope of the project covers the whole process of design, procurement and construction of rooftop photovoltaic power generation system, including the supply and installation of photovoltaic modules and supporting equipment, cable laying, data monitoring system commissioning, etc. After the completion of the project, it will effectively improve the level of local clean energy utilization and help achieve the "double carbon" goal.

The bidding competition was fierce, and the quotation gap between the top three bidders was less than 1.1%. In the end, the consortium of China Railway 25th Bureau won with technical solutions and reasonable quotations, and China Railway Urban Construction Group (1,049.85 million yuan) and China Railway 24th Bureau Group (1,038.88 million yuan) ranked second and third respectively.

As the EPC general contractor, the China Railway 25th Bureau Consortium will be responsible for the whole process management of the project to ensure the quality and progress of the project.
