On July 26, 2025, Mingyang Energy International Limited officially received the bid notification and successfully obtained the EPC general contract for a distributed photovoltaic power generation project on the roof of a factory in Penang, Malaysia. The total installed capacity of the project is 9028 kilowatts (kWp), and it will operate in a "self use" mode. The project is located in the industrial zone of Penang State, Malaysia.
