Recently, China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Design Consulting Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the deepening design work of the second phase of the Deva Resort project (hotel and banquet hall) in Sihanouk Province, Kingdom of Cambodia, marking a new breakthrough for the company in the field of high-end cultural and tourism architectural design overseas.

The Phase II project of Deva Resort in Sihanouk Province, Kingdom of Cambodia (Hotel and Banquet Hall) covers a total area of 13000 square meters and has a total construction area of nearly 80000 square meters. It consists of two main buildings, Hotel and Ballroom, as well as supporting facilities. After completion, the project will cover modern functional spaces such as parking buildings, reception areas, restaurants, and smart kitchens, creating a comprehensive high-end vacation facility that integrates accommodation, dining, banquets, and leisure.
