China Power Construction Corporation Limited today issued the "2025-2027 Photovoltaic Fixed Bracket Frame Shortlisted Centralized Procurement Project Bidding Announcement", announcing the launch of centralized procurement of photovoltaic brackets with a total volume of 60GW, setting a new record for the annual bracket procurement scale of the domestic photovoltaic industry.
The bidding is divided into two categories: hot-dip galvanized bracket 24GW and zinc-aluminum-magnesium bracket 36GW, using the shortlisted frame procurement model. The bidding does not divide the specific bid package, and the 10 shortlisted suppliers will be finally determined, and the framework agreement will be valid for two years. It is particularly worth noting that if the procurement results of the new year are not announced after the expiration of the agreement, the results can be automatically continued to provide suppliers with more stable market expectations.

In terms of bidding qualifications, the bidder has set a high threshold: the cumulative shipment volume of photovoltaic fixed brackets from 2022 to date is not less than 1GW (or equivalent to 35,000 tons), and must have a supply performance of more than 100MW (or 3,500 tons) for at least 5 single projects. The bid evaluation will adopt the "reviewed minimum bid price method", and the top 10 with the lowest bid will be selected for evaluation when there are more than 10 bidders.
Industry analysts pointed out that the ultra-large-scale procurement of 60GW is equivalent to more than one-third of the expected new photovoltaic installation capacity in 2024, which will effectively stabilize the price fluctuations of the photovoltaic bracket market. Zinc, aluminum, and magnesium brackets account for 60%, reflecting the industry's technical preference for new anti-corrosion materials. As one of the world's largest power engineering contractors, this bidding will have a profound impact on the pattern of the photovoltaic bracket industry, and leading enterprises with scale and technical advantages will gain more room for development.
This bidding does not accept consortium bidding, and the bidding deadline is September 5, 2025. After the announcement of the winning bid, it will provide a stable supply guarantee for the construction of photovoltaic projects in the next two years.
