The China Shanghai Cooperation Organization Green Industry Cooperation Platform, unveiled in Tianjin, has achieved significant cooperation results. As a representative enterprise of the Chinese side, China Energy Conservation and Solar Energy Co., Ltd. has signed a cooperation agreement with Kyrgyzstan First Energy Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhonglai Energy Technology Development Group Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Eleven Zhongji Technology Co., Ltd. for the "Batken State Green Energy+Green Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industrial Park" project, marking the further landing of China's green energy technology and industrial model in Central Asia.
The project is led by the Green Energy Foundation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. China Energy Conservation and Solar Energy Company plans to undertake the investment and construction of a 600MW photovoltaic power station in the Batken region of Kyrgyzstan, with a total investment of approximately 400 million US dollars (equivalent to 2.853 billion yuan). After the completion of the project, it is expected to provide about 1 billion kWh of clean electricity annually, which will not only significantly enhance Kyrgyzstan's independent energy supply capacity and accelerate its green transformation of energy structure, but also provide a systematic solution for regional sustainable development through the integrated development model of "green electricity+agriculture and animal husbandry".

On the same day, China Energy Conservation and Solar Energy Co., Ltd. announced the subsidy funds for August 2025. The company received a total of 1.692 billion yuan in renewable energy subsidies for the month, including 1.68 billion yuan in national renewable energy subsidies. From January to August 2025, the accumulated subsidy funds received amounted to 2.319 billion yuan, an increase of 232.23% compared to the same period last year, and the recovery progress has significantly accelerated. The company stated that the relevant funds will effectively improve the cash flow of the photovoltaic power plant, but as they have been recognized in the current electricity revenue, they will not have a significant impact on the profit and loss for the year 2025.
This project is not only an important milestone in deepening cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan in the field of green energy, but also the latest practice of Chinese enterprises actively responding to global energy governance initiatives and serving regional coordinated development. It will provide replicable and promotable Chinese solutions for more "new energy+" integrated development in Central Asia and even within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
