Recently, China's renewable energy enterprise Yuanjing Technology Group held a groundbreaking ceremony in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India, officially starting construction of a large-scale wind turbine blade manufacturing factory. The factory is planned to have an annual production capacity of 2GW, with a total investment of about 580 million yuan and an area of about 10 hectares. It is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025.
This modern factory is located near the existing fan production base in Sili City, and will mainly produce blade products suitable for 3MW and above platform fans. After completion, the project will not only meet the growing demand for clean energy equipment in the Indian domestic market, but also serve the global market and become an important component of the Far East global supply chain system.
The new blade factory will significantly enhance our localized supply chain capabilities in India, enabling us to respond more quickly and flexibly to customer needs. It will not only serve the Indian market, but will also become an important part of our global supply chain in the future, reflecting our mission of 'solving challenges for a sustainable future for humanity', "said Sujev Dhawan, CEO of Far East Group India, at the groundbreaking ceremony

It is worth noting that this is the second blade manufacturing facility established by Farview in India. After the completion of the new factory, it will form a strong synergistic effect with the existing cabin and generator factories, further enhancing the degree of localization integration and strengthening the competitiveness of Far East in the Indian wind power market.
This investment initiative is in line with the Indian government's ambitious goal of achieving 500GW of renewable energy installed capacity by 2030. Against the backdrop of India's ongoing energy transition and vigorous development of clean energy, the implementation of this project will not only create a large number of job opportunities and promote local economic development, but also inject strong impetus into the localization manufacturing capacity of India's wind power industry. With the continuous promotion of localization production requirements in India, international wind turbine manufacturers including Far East are increasing their investment in India to consolidate and expand their business layout in this important emerging market.
