Nearly 55000 square meters of parking and equipment space will also be built underground. As the core carrier of the regional virtual reality industry cluster, the project will build an integrated platform of "research and development pilot production" to help Qingdao build a new leading digital industry highland in China.

The Jinmao Tianjin Hedong University of Technology No. 4 project, which is located in the core area of Chenglin Road in Hedong District, Tianjin, with a total construction area of over 100000 square meters, has a bid amount of approximately 912 million yuan. The project plans to construct multiple buildings ranging from 7 to 18 floors, with supporting underground and elevated parking garages. After completion, it will become a high-quality community that integrates residential and supporting services, further optimizing the living quality and urban interface of the old city area of Hedong.
